Our landfill experience is considerable, and includes site due diligence and acquisition, remediation and extension of capacity and footprint, redesignation, Landfill Directive compliance, neighbour complaints and litigation on noise, odour and other emissions, hazardous landfill permit applications and appeals, and the planned closure of a radioactive / hazardous waste landfill.

We also advise on transfrontier shipment, producer responsibility compliance under WEEE, RoHS, batteries and packaging legislation, and have carried out pan EU comparative implementation studies.
